We are a full service real estate & tax planning firm.  We operate an in house Reunion Title fee attorney office and handle numerous commercial and residential closings a month ranging from purchases, refinances, short sales to reverse mortgages.  Our title operations affords us the unique ability to understand all aspects of law impacting the title to real estate from divorce, creditor & IRS liens, bankruptcy, guardianships & probate, receiverships, and foreclosures (mortgage, property tax & HOA). We have access to title underwriters to allow us to insure clear title for your real estate investment vehicles. Our combined years of experience allows us to bring a comprehensive perspective when assisting our clients and investors execute a safe and highly profitable real estate investment strategy.

Our attorneys serve on advisory boards for the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and as approved attorneys for AARP.
